Thursday June 19th
E-House Design Sessions - Greenhouse design, function / compost. 6:30 pm at the Alliance for Sustainable Communities office in Morningstar barn 1966 Creek Road in Bethlehem.  Email or phone Steve Hoog at 610-410-5975 if you are coming. These sessions to discuss the present design and go into detail about what is needed ----making changes as necessary. We need to harmonize all activities with work being done to the interior. The underlying principles will be based on the concepts of permaculture so if you would like to join us to learn please do. We are looking for stakeholders who might want to take on parts of this project but if you have an interest in permaculture you can also attend.

Thursday June 26th
Alliance for Sustainable Communities - Lehigh Valley - Annual Meeting. 7:00 pm at Morning Star Center, hear a recap of the past year and plans for next year, provide your feedback and give input on what the Alliance should be doing. Saturday June 28th
Build Your Own Rain Barrel Workshop - 1:00 - 3:00 pm presented by Saucon Creek Watershed Association at Seidersville Hall, Lower Saucon Township Municipal Complex, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem. Kits to make a rain barrel are available for $25. Those picking up a rain barrel kit(s) can do so at 12:00 noon on the 28th. If you would like to construct a rain barrel with us, the workshop will begin at 1:00 pm on the same day at no additional cost. Due to space limitations, workshop attendance is limited. To reserve your space or to order a kit for pick-up, please contact Erin Frederick at 610-391-9583 ext 25.
